Michelle TURNER
Founder & CEOMichelle Julie-Turner Founder of ROTO has been actively involved in charity work and the community since 2011. However, in 2015 she officially registered ROTO as an NPO and NPC when she realized that the need became greater and more hands are willing to assist with the needed resources and expertise. Previously she worked in mining and civil construction as one of the first women to own a black economic empowered company in Mpumalanga.

Desiree WILLIAMS
DirectorDesiree Williams who has a passion for uplifting children through education and empowering women in the community joined ROTO in 2015. She serves to enrich children and the community by implementing development programs and activities. She has been a devoted educator for over 30 years. Currently she is Deputy Principal at Macassar Primary School.

Mikhaila TURNER
Marketing CoordinatorMikhaila Turner joined ROTO in 2015 as a volunteer and since then has become an active member working on community based projects as well as a cause dear to her, Breast Cancer Awareness. She stands firm in her belief of giving back and making a difference in a small way. Prior to joining the team she found herself in the retail and marketing industry.

Matthew TURNER
DirectorMatthew Turner, joined with the enthusiasm and experience to oversee the growth and strategic direction of ROTO. Previously he worked in finance however, he recently made the decision to fully commit his time and expertise to ROTO as an organization and all causes that require one's valuable attention.

Alex FOTOH
Non-Executive DirectorAlex Fotoh a new member to ROTO, joined ROTO as a non-executive director. Currently working in the legal field his passion and acumen is reflected in his ability to think outside the box and to do constant introspection which provides refreshing views when addressing community development and poverty.
